Marketing Automation in Uggiate-Trevano

Marketing Automation done properly for the Uggiate-Trevano market: honest analysis, careful execution, reports you can read without a dictionary.

The problem: manual work eating hours and leads

In many companies in Uggiate-Trevano every website enquiry is hand-copied into a spreadsheet, someone must remember to call back and follow-ups depend on memory. Every manual step is a point where a lead gets lost. Automation connects the tools you already use — forms, CRM, email, WhatsApp — and makes things happen on their own, in seconds.

What I automate

Instant notifications to sales when a lead arrives
Automatic lead registration in CRM or structured sheets
Scheduled email and message follow-ups
Synchronisation between campaigns, website, CRM and internal tools
Flows on n8n, Make or Zapier based on costs and needs

How I build the flows

Mapping current manual steps and loss points
Choosing the right tool: n8n, Make or Zapier
Building and testing the flow on real cases
Simple documentation for the people using the system
Maintenance and evolution as processes change

Marketing Automation in the Uggiate-Trevano context

Uggiate-Trevano is border territory: businesses and activities linked to cross-border flows with Switzerland. Digital marketing here can address a bilingual, cross-border audience, but only with carefully built messages and campaigns. I support Uggiate-Trevano businesses remotely, in English too when the project requires it.

When automation pays off

It pays off for companies and firms in Uggiate-Trevano handling leads every week and losing time on copy-paste and manual reminders. If volumes are minimal, sometimes a simple process is enough: I'll tell you honestly.

Frequently asked questions

Can automations message customers on WhatsApp?

Yes, with tools compliant with the platform's rules: notifications, reminders and automatic replies where they make sense.

Do automations replace people?

No: they free people from repetitive steps, so time goes to negotiations and customers, not copy-paste.

n8n, Make or Zapier: which is best?

It depends: Zapier is the simplest, Make the most flexible on price, n8n the most powerful and controllable. I choose based on your flows and budget, not on trends.

Do I need an in-house technician to maintain the flows?

No: I deliver documented, stable flows and stay available for changes. Day-to-day use requires no technical skills.
